My passion is coaching women by helping them reach their potential and become the best versions of themselves. I meet you where you are, and assist you in getting to where you want to be, by offering very unique and personalized programs to help you reach your goals with a holistic approach to overall wellness. You can be coached in person, online, by yourself, or in a group. Being a client of Rebel means having your own personal health and fitness coach keeping you motivated, accountable, and excited about your journey!

I focus on bio-individuality, no client is the same and all have different goals and desires they want to achieve from working with me. My focus with each client is goal based and I emphasize form and technique over all else. All levels of fitness and health are welcome and encouraged to get started with Rebel, from beginner to elite athletes-I’m here to help.
